Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago has opened a new, satellite office at 5019 N. Clark Street. Rather than hosting any single agent or team, this location will be supported by the staff of BHHS Chicago’s Michigan Avenue office with the Michigan Avenue managing brokers David Bracy and Alan Zuber overseeing operations.
Nestled in the heart of Andersonville, the 1,050-square-foot office boasts a large front window
in a newly renovated building. “The location is ideal and the area is thriving,” Bracy said in a press release. His fellow managing broker, Zuber, has lived nearby for almost 24 years.
In addition to serving its surrounding neighborhood, the office will cater to Uptown, Edgewater and Ravenswood. “With the opening of this new office on Clark Street, we are expanding our Chicago presence to better serve an area where we already help a significant number of buyers, sellers and renters,” said Mark Pasquesi, BHHS Chicago president. “Our door is open and we are perfectly poised to make the most of the spring market.”
Rich Aronson, team leader of The AVE Group, is the first BHHS Chicago agent to officially begin working from the new space. He will soon be joined by other agents conducting business in those nearby communities.
