Number of years in real estate:
Two.
Describe your look:
It varies. For the most part, I am pretty classic, modern traditional with fun and bold accents. But I also have my mommy uniform, which consists of snake-print sneakers and jeans.
What do you consider a “fashion don’t”?
Don’t follow anyone else’s rules but your own, and don’t wear anything you can’t enjoy a good meal in.
What item of clothing gets you the most compliments?
My 12-year-old daughter says my shoes. Verbatim: “I like your shoes a lot. You always have crazy, killer shoes.”
What is a fashion crime you have committed?
Low-rise jeans.
Where are your favorite clothing stores or brands?
I am a huge thrifter. The hunt is like therapy. But I do wear a lot of Banana Republic and J. Crew. I’m not big into brands. I’m more about how something fits and cost per wear.
What fashion accessory do you feel naked without?
Ha! My laugh lines. I laugh a lot. And my bracelets.
Who is your style icon?
I’m surrounded by some pretty awesome and well-dressed friends. I’d like to say I am more inspired by the everyday woman.
What’s the most meaningful accessory you own?
My father only wore Seiko watches. He was a simple man, but he bought himself a few over the years and always talked about the quality. When I was 18, I bought him one for Father’s Day, I didn’t make a lot, but I saved for it. He never bought another and wore that one every day. He had the battery changed and was convinced they swapped the face for a fake but refused to get another one because I bought him that. I think he was right, but I refuse to even change the battery, it’s just like he left it.
