The Steve Genyk Group has moved to Dream Town Realty, according to a press release from the company.

Genyk is a founding member of @properties and was a senior broker there prior to joining Dream Town.

He was the top sales agent in the River North area in 2020 and works in luxury homes and developments but specializes in a variety of property types.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Steve to the Dream Town family—he’s a consistent top producer with a strong history of leadership, and a great example of what success in the real estate industry looks like,” Dream Town CEO Yuval Degani said in a written statement.
