Real estate veteran Dympna Fay-Hart has joined the Dream Town Realty team, with the creation of the BellaHart Group. Consisting of Fay-Hart and her longtime friend Cheryl Bellavia, also a real estate broker, the group is expected to close over $50 million in residential transactions for 2021.

“I have always appreciated their professional presence in our industry, and when they moved into the area I work in, I became intrigued,” said Fay-Hart of Dream Town.

Fay-Hart, who specializes in the northwest side, is ranked as a top producer in real estate, as is Bellavia, and believes Dream Town’s personalized marketing and focus on technology will facilitate the group’s growth and allow for greater customer service.

Founded in 1998, Dream Town Realty has over 400 brokers.
