Top suburban teams move to @properties, Compass

by Meg White

The Frumentino Team joins @properties

Thad Wong and Mike Golden, co-founders of @properties, announced today that The Frumentino Team would be moving to their Bannockburn office. Most recently with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, the team is composed of Honore Frumentino and her daughter Kelly.

“Honore is incredibly well-respected in our industry, and her team has tremendous knowledge of their local community. We’re thrilled that after all the success they have had during their career, they still see the opportunity to build their business with all the resources we offer at @properties,” Wong said in a statement announcing the move.

Having been in the business for decades now, the team is well-known in the Deerfield area for their high production levels. According to @properties, The Frumentino Team generated $25 million in closed sales volume in the 12 months ending this March.

“We are elated to join @properties along with our expanding team. We love the firm’s culture and believe that it aligns perfectly with our standards of doing business,” Honore said. “In this environment, strong leadership is critical, and we are so glad to be working for a company led by Mike and Thad.”

Another new suburban team for Compass

Late last month, Compass capitalized on their recent streak of team acquisition by bringing on LIV Partners. Led by Stefanie and Vince Ridolfo, the team logged $40 million in sales volume across 110 transactions last year.

Members include Tyler Bush, who handles inside sales; Gina Crawmer, who acts as buyer’s agent; Liz Engquist, listing manager; Abby Sladek, marketing manager; and Carrie Woodruff, the group’s closing coordinator.

When the group was with Keller Williams, it was based out of the company’s Schaumburg office, and will continue to focus on Chicagoland’s northwest side with its new company. “They will deepen Compass’s market share in the Chicago suburbs,” said Rachel Sebald, an advertising and PR associate with Compass.
