On a 4-acre lot in Reeds Spring, Missouri, yurt-building pioneer Bill Coperthwaite taught seminars and led the construction of two of the four circular tentlike structures that are now for sale for $129,900. The largest yurt encapsulates 1,800 square feet of living space framed by yellow pine and clad in cedar shingles. The next-largest yurt is about half the size, and functions as the residential heart of the complex, with a living area and kitchen on the lower level and the property’s sole bedroom on the upper floor. The other two yurts play host to a bathhouse and shop.
