It’s not often you come across a listing for which both the architect and remodeler are household names. The Samuel-Novarro house, designed by Lloyd Wright (son of Frank Lloyd Wright), is back on the market in Los Feliz Oaks, California. The $4.3 million price makes this Art Deco masterpiece a bargain, considering it was recently restored by another legend: veteran actress Diane Keaton.

The Crocker Mansion in Mahwah, New Jersey, a 55,000 square foot single family home built by architect James Brite in 1908. It is on the National Register of Historic Places. Constructed of Indiana limestone and Harvard brick, the home is also named “Darlington.”

Live like Lincoln

While near it’s impossible to purchase the Lincoln Memorial or Madison Square Garden, a cool $48 million could snag you a mansion designed by James Brite, architect of both of those historic spaces.
