Port Clinton Place is part of a mixed-use development that provides a gateway to the local community. The construction of a luxury condominium building and rowhome residences was a vital piece of that development.
The 60-unit brick building consists of six stories of residential living over two stories of parking. The building offers a variety of floor plans with one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The building, which was originally used as apartments, has now been converted to condo units that are available for sale. Amenities include climate-controlled parking and private storage.
