Matt Laricy

Matt Laricy, a third-generation Realtor, is the managing partner for Americorp Real Estate, a company his father started. Laricy also heads his own team, The Matt Laricy Group. He attended Eastern Illinois University with the goal of acquiring skills most beneficial for a career in real estate.
Laricy’s hard work, charisma and true passion for his business have led to many industry accomplishments, including his placement among the top 1 percent for sales in Chicago and his Chicago Agents’ Choice Award for Industry MVP in 2013. Another one of his most coveted honors was being recognized as one of the Top 30 Agents Under 30 by the National Association of Realtors.
Laricy specializes in all facets of the real estate business, whether he’s serving first-time homebuyers, helping sellers prepare their property for sale or providing assistance in the luxury market.
As a past member of the Chicago Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network board, Laricy collaborated with and inspired many young minds in the real estate profession. He is also a member of the Make-A-Wish executive board, helping the charity raise thousands of dollars for children in need.
