Two single-family homes in Oakland, California are sitting where a brand new apartment complex will soon be developed. There is a catch, of course – if purchased, each home will need to be moved to a new site, which includes finding a company that can successfully move it, obtaining the proper permits to relocate utilities and reserving a police escort for traffic control.
