Built by real estate developer Bruce Makowsky, the 38,000-square-foot Bel-Air mansion is four stories tall, with 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms and three kitchens. Amenities include complete car and art collections, a four-lane bowling alley, a 40-seat entertainment room with a 30-foot TV, two wine cellars stocked with the world’s finest champagne, an 85-foot-long infinity pool outside with a swim-up bar, an outdoor theater and a game room equipped with glass ping-pong and Foosball tables.
