Mark Kowalik was born and raised in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. After graduating from Colorado State University, Kowalik returned to Chicago, where his passion for Chicago’s history, active lifestyles and bicycling came together to forge a successful career managing Chicago’s largest and highest ranking bicycle-touring company. It was this local pride and natural talent for customer service that led Kowalik to real estate, where he is fulfilled meeting the daily needs of his clients and sharing his love for Chicago.

Kowalik consistently delivers the highest level of attention and professionalism to his clients. He focuses on forming a long-term relationship with every interaction. In his free time, Kowalik is a devoted triathlete and two-time Ironman finisher who balances training with a love of travel. He can usually be found planning the next adventure with his wife and spending time with his first-generation, Polish-speaking family.
