Hailing from Delaware and educated in Rochester, New York, Sam Powell is proud of the successful 14-year real estate career she has built in Chicago. In addition to her work as a broker, Powell has dedicated herself to improving the industry through her work with the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she was the 2014 Chicago Chapter president and is the current Illinois State president. She is also an active member of the Chicago Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee. As the leader of The Ask for Sam Team, she and her colleagues are passionate advocates for innovative technology that helps real estate clients find success in all of their real estate plans.

Outside of real estate, Powell also runs operations for the semi-pro women’s tackle football team Chicago Force, and makes presentations as a motivational speaker. A talented marketer, system creator and vigorous social media presence, Powell always brings a unique energy to every endeavor.
