Real estate agents are always looking for ways to make their listings stand out, but did this Spring, Texas agent go too far? After three weeks of little interest, real estate agent Jessica Arnett decided to think outside the box, and dressed up in a panda suit to pose for new listing photos throughout the four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house. Arnett admitted in an interview with realtor.com that the idea seemed crazy at first, but the sellers enjoyed her sense of humor, and the tactic was wildly successful: she scheduled 12 showings just two days.
