Kelly Smith’s expertise is in helping clients build their real estate investment portfolios. Smith is keen on identifying opportunities that help meet the needs of his clients, garnering them stable, solid investments. In addition, Smith advises on best rental practices, ensuring his clients are meeting the requirements of local, state and federal laws when serving their tenants.
Smith began his career in real estate in 2003 in land lease and billboard advertising before obtaining his Illinois real estate license in 2008. Kelly has also actively built his own investment portfolio, buying and renting properties since 2004.
