Developers of Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles Beach, FL created a special incentive for buyers when they listed the tower’s second $15 million penthouse. According to The Wall Street Journal, the buyer will receive a pair of first-class, round-trip tickets to Milan. In Milan, they’ll get a two-night stay at the Armani Hotel Milano, a private tour of Armani’s flagship store, dinner at the Armani Ristorante, cocktails at Armani Privé, a signed copy of Armani’s book and of course, facetime with the famous designer.
