According to Lifestory Research’s 2016 Home Builder Study, Taylor Morrison ranks highest in trust among national homebuilders.

The study followed more than 100 builder brands in the top housing markets across the United States, and Lifestory Research accumulated 39,079 consumer opinions. To qualify to participate in the study, participants had to be aware of specific brands and actively searching for a new home.

Taylor Morrison produced the highest “Net Trust Quotient Score,” a measurement that Lifestory used in its survey. To arrive at a Quotient Score, Lifestory divided consumer sentiment into three categories: “advocates,” “neutrals” and “antagonist.” They then ranked the builders based on how many “advocate” scores they received.
