Coldwell Banker Sales Associates ranked among The Wall Street Journal’s Top 1,000

coldwell-banker-logoSeveral of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s independent sales associates have been ranked in The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends Top 1,000 report.

The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends Top 1,000 report is calculated from a survey of more than 900 firms and associations to determine the top residential real estate agents in both sales volume and transaction sides. It’s also the only independent study where all the results from individual submissions are independently verified through third party sources.

There are six separate rankings: top individual sales professional ranked by closed transaction sides, top individual sales professional ranked by closed sales volume, top individual sales professional ranked by average price, top team ranked by average price, top team ranked by closed transaction sides and top team ranked by closed sales volume.
