First phase sold out; sales begin for final eight homes at innovative community in downtown Skokie
Floral Avenue, a new-construction single-family home development in downtown Skokie, is now over 60-percent sold with the first phase of 12 homes sold out and sales for the final phase of eight homes underway.
Located approximately 10 miles north of downtown Chicago, near Oakton Street and Lincoln Avenue, Floral Avenue features 20 custom-tailored homes, with prices ranging from $495,000 to $850,000.
According to Floral Avenue developer John McLinden, president of Skokie, IL-based StreetScape USA, the project’s early success represents growing demand for more urban alternatives to traditional suburban home design.
