Northfield-based Focus Development has lowered prices on the final 30 condominiums and three townhomes at The Residences at The Grove, a maintenance-free community in downtown Forest Park.
New pricing includes:
- One-bedroom condominiums from $139,900
- One-bedroom-plus-den condominiums from $169,900
- Two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums from $214,900
- Two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half-bath townhomes from $299,900
Floor plans range in size from 813 square feet to 1,302 square feet for condominiums and from 1,708 to 1,904 square feet for townhomes. All homes include high-end finishes such as hardwood flooring in living areas; berber or plush carpeting in bedrooms; granite countertops; designer cabinetry; stainless steel appliances; and private balconies or terraces. One heated indoor parking space is included in the purchase price, and homes are available for immediate move-in.
