The Oaks of Vernon Hills
Chicago-based REVA Development Partners has announced the first move-ins at The Oaks of Vernon Hills luxury rentals located at 103 Oak Leaf Lane in the north-suburban Vernon Hills, Ill.
The luxury rental community is located along Route 45, just west of Milwaukee Ave., with 304 units spanning across 27 acres. The development features 256 garden-style apartments in eight three-story elevator-served buildings, and 48 rental rowhomes configured in a series of pocket neighborhoods.
Residents are offered a variety of floor plans to choose from. Amenities include a clubhouse with a catering kitchen, theater/gaming room, state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor swimming pool with sundeck and fire pit. The Oaks of Vernon Hills has a professional full-time, on-site management and maintenance staff as well. Matt Nix, principal of REVA Development Partners, referred to the rental community as an ideal alternative that has received strong interest among a variety of renters.
