Number of years in real estate: Two years, and I grew up in the business. My mother has been an agent for 30 years and my father was a real estate attorney. This was dinner conversation!
Describe your look: Tailored contemporary with a bit of an edge.
What do you consider a “fashion don’t”? Leggings are not pants!
What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? A pair of distressed black Frye motorcycle boots – they are too casual for work, but I love wearing them when I’m running around with my daughter. No matter what else I’m wearing, they make me feel dressed. My husband got them for me for my birthday.
What do you consider a must-have accessory? Stud earrings.
What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past? Blue eyeshadow… I still get tempted sometimes, but it never works out the way I imagine.
Where are your favorite places to shop? I used to love shopping for hidden treasures at Loehmann’s and Filene’s Basement, but now I have a toddler, so there just isn’t the time. All of my shopping is done online – I get the basics at the Gap and J.Crew, and more fun things at Gilt and Rue La La. And I always make time for a trip out to the Aurora outlets for the Theory outlet (for great wardrobe builders) and the Kate Spade outlet (for shoes, jackets and pops of color).
What, besides your wardrobe, completes your look? A food stain from my daughter!
