Mortgage Services Ill (MSI), LLC announced that Reneí Shaffer has been promoted to the role of executive vice president. With more than 27 years of experience in the financial industry, Shaffer will continue her operations role for the lender’s retail channel, as well as be actively involved in the company’s day-to-day business activities.
“Reneí has been a valuable part of the MSI team for more than six years, and has played a key role in our strategic growth initiatives,” said Mark Young, MSI chief executive officer. “We are confident she will be a valuable resource as we continue to take MSI to the next level.”
Shaffer Excited for New Role as Executive Vice President
In her new role, Shaffer will draw on her financial experience to help the company’s operations. She will work with the MSI team to make sure the specific needs of every customer are met with quality service, individual attention and a variety of mortgage products and tools.
“I am committed to contributing to MSI’s success, and I’m excited for my new role,” Shaffer said. “I look forward to continuing to ensure that the process of securing a mortgage is simple and straightforward to our customers.”
A graduate of Illinois State University, Shaffer actively volunteers for a variety of non-profit organizations. She currently serves on the Advocate BroMenn Philanthropy Council and has previously helped with various fundraising events for Easter Seals, Boy Scouts and Children’s Discovery Museum.
