How Many MRED Users Login to connectMLS With a Mobile Device?

In August, MRED had 36,971 total users. In comparing this data to August of last year, the percent of agents logging in from mobile devices has increased to 47.5 percent. Last year, this percentage was 25.8 percent.

In August of 2011, there were 35,658 unique logins from mobile devices. In August of 2012, there were 33,965 unique logins. The increase in the percentage of users is shown below.

 


Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) is the real estate data aggregator and distributor providing the Chicagoland multiple listing service (MLS) to nearly 8,000 real estate offices and 40,000 real estate professionals, including brokers, agents and appraisers. MRED has expanded well into the “collar” counties surrounding Chicagoland, and its property information encompasses northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin and northwest Indiana.

    Did MRED improve their mobile app? Last I tried it, it was barely functional. I had to log in 2x and it had very limited capability. I would be thrilled to learn that it has in fact been enhanced!

    thank you for this article, I wasn’t aware there even was an android app, and typically login from my android table just through a normal brower. Do those access count as “mobile access”?

    and for those that also weren’t aware of the existence of a mobile app, here is how it shows up in the Google Play store “Midwest Homes powered by MRED”, and only shows up in their app search under the string MRED, not MRED LLC or Midwest Real Estate Data… so it may be somewhat difficult to find, but its there.
