Len Benefico and Patrick Roberts are two new additions to Baird & Warner’s Edgebrook location.

Baird & Warner has announced the addition of Len Benefico and Patrick Roberts as broker associates for its Edgebrook office on 5430 W. Devon Ave., as stated in an issued press release.

The two are among 24 new agents the brokerage has hired for its Edgebrook location since February, and will specialize in neighborhoods surrounding Park Ridge, Niles and Edgebrook. 

Prior to joining Baird & Warner, Benefico was a Realtor for Koenig & Strey Real Living’s Park Ridge office, starting with the brokerage in 2008. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from University of Illinois at Chicago, and has over 20 years of industry experience, specializing in residential and commercial properties.

Roberts, on the other hand, specializes in short sales and rental properties. Like Benefico, Roberts was with Koenig & Strey’s Park Ridge office prior to joining Baird & Warner.
