Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, principals of Chicago real estate firm Prudential Rubloff Properties, along with Anne Brahin, managing broker of the brokerage’s Winnetka office, have announced the addition of Realtor Joe Nash to the company’s Winnetka office.
With 29 year of industry experience, Nash will join Prudential Rubloff’s growing staff of over 850 sales professionals, specializing in financial consultation, appraisal, contract preparation negotiation and marketing.
Nash’s Industry Experience
Nash obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Iowa, and became a licensed salesperson in 1982. His background in finance has enabled him to better serve his clients through the selling process, having sold over 500 properties and representing over $275 million in closed volume, according to a press release from Prudential Rubloff.
Because of his efforts, Nash has earned various industry accolades. In 2009 and 2011, he was the recipient of the Platinum Production Award, and in 2007, he was the No. 2 Office for Number of Homes Sold. In 2000, 2001, 2004, 2008 and 2011, he was the No. 1 Office for Number of Homes Sold.

Brahin has welcomed Nash into the brokerage’s Winnetka office with open arms.
