With mergers and acquisitions among brokerages on the rise, several brokerages have increased their personnel, but still, brokerages with good recruitment are always increasing agents.

The first chart shows the top 10 brokerages that had the greatest percent of increase in agents from Nov. 11, 2011 until May 23, 2012, with Century 21 Universal Real Estate leading the way with 39.73 percent.

The second chart shows the top 10 brokerages that had the greatest increase in the number of agents during the same time period, with Charles Rutenberg Realty in Naperville taking the lead.
