National Realtor® Open House is this weekend, April 20-21. It’s a great opportunity for your clients to see more and Get More. And it’s a great opportunity for agents to earn more.
M/I’s Get More Commission Real Estate Agent Program* is still in effect during the National Open House, and it gives agents a chance to earn substantial commissions not usually possible through a home builder.
As you’ll recall it’s a tiered program that pays 3% commission on the agent’s first closing. The second, third and fourth closings each earn a 4% commission. And the fifth closing, and all subsequent closings for the rest of calendar 2013 will earn a 5% commission. And there’s no limit. The more an agent sells the more big commissions they’ll earn. M/I has created a map to all of their communities. As customers visit communities, their map will be stamped. When the customer collects three stamps, they’ll get special bonus savings on Move-In-Ready Homes they contract by the end of April, and they’ll receive a $100 gas card.**
