After a successful 20-year career with Coldwell Banker, Maria Davies taking on a new role with @properties.  Davies brings her expertise in residential and small investment real estate to @properties, along with her vast experience in international real estate.

While employed at Coldwell Banker Davies received numerous awards for her service to the company. She has also been recognized with awards from her peers in the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), where she chairs the professional standards committee.

Davies is a board member with the FIABCI, USA, the oldest international real estate federation. Being active in the organization, she serves on the membership committee, and is also sitting as a judge and panelist for the Prix D’Excellence competition. In 2011, she was named president of the Chicago Council of the FIABCI.
