Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced today the forthcoming Coldwell Banker Winnetka, a merger of their Winnetka North and Winnetka South offices. The new office, located at 568 Lincoln Avenue in Winnetka, will open late fall.

Karen Arenson and Eve Bremen are set to lead the office as co-managers. Bremen possesses exceptional marketing and negotiation skills, and Arenson specializes in technology and marketing. The two have a combined 40 years of sales and management experience.
