Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT announced that commercial real estate veteran and top producer Larry Widmayer, has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and the Norkett & Associates team.

Widmayer has 30 years of experience in sales with over ten years experience specific to the commercial real estate industry. He has represented clients transacting millions of dollars in purchase and sale transactions, and has completed numerous commercial lease transactions representing both tenants and landlords. His range of clients includes major corporations, small to medium-size businesses and individual investors.

Widmayer spent three years as chairman of the Evanston Plan Commission where he worked on zoning and community planning. He served as the president of the Evanston Chamber of Commerce and is currently a member of the board of directors.
