OwnACondo.com announced they had added four new members to their team last month.
Joe Olan has been working in the real estate industry since getting his license in 1989. In his career he worked for two national franchise firms before obtaining his broker’s license and starting his own brokerage. Currently, he is licensed in both Illinois and Florida.
“I really like putting all my skills and knowledge to work for my buyers,” he says. “Helping and serving people is my main priority.”
Sandry Ollison began her career in real estate in 1997 when she got her salesperson license and in 2010 she obtained her broker’s license. Ollison has also taught entrepreneur classes at Prairie State College.
“I have a passion for housing and I enjoy putting my skills and knowledge of the housing market to work for my buyers,” she says. “I like working for an exclusive buyers’ agency because I can devote myself to helping my clients get the best deal possible on their dream home or investment property.”
Also just joining OwnACondo.com is Tracenda “Traycee” Stenhouse. Four years ago, Stenhouse got her real estate salesperson license and prior to that she had a career in customer sales and services.
“I like the hustle and bustle of the real estate business, of taking people out to find just the right property and then negotiating to get the best deal possible,” she says. “As I tell my clients ‘I listen to what you want and then I find it. It’s out there’.”
The fourth person to join the team is John Feminis, who although only recently got his real estate license has been in the industry for over five years. Feminis worked as an associate appraiser. He also has years of experience in customer service and retail sales.
“Real estate is a fascinating business, and I really enjoy meeting people and helping them find their dream home or investment property,” he says. “My experience and knowledge gained as an appraiser is very helpful to my clients.”
