Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage today announced that real estate veteran and top producer Chaz Walters, formerly with Hot Properties, is returning to the company in Chicago.

Attributing much of his success to superior negotiation skills, professionalism, and having a strong understanding of the current real estate market, Walters believes that honesty and commitment to clients is paramount. He enjoys working with buyers and sellers and differentiates himself among other agents with unique, creative strategies that help generate more exposure for clients.

Walters began his real estate career in 1989 working as an assistant sales manager for Centex, acquiring knowledge of home building and sales techniques. In 1993, he joined the Lakeview office of Coldwell Banker and quickly adopted a successful and inventive approach to both listing and showing properties. In 2003, he formed Hot Property Residential Brokerage, which averaged more than $200 million in sales its first year, and later partnered with Sudler Sotheby’s.
