Our Sixth annual Agents’ Choice Awards issue is unlike any other because the winners are all up to you: our readers. We asked, and you told us the winners of the following 17 categories.

From Sept. 22 to Oct. 19, the entire real estate industry – agents, lenders, builders and developers – voted for peers and colleagues who they thought were most deserving of our awards: “Developer of the Year,” “Upper Bracket,” “MVP,” “Lender of the Year” and “Rookie of the Year,” among others. We had a record number of votes this year – more than 12,000! – and while the top three vote-getters were the nominees, there can only be one winner per category. Considering the winners received the most votes, and we had over 12,000 votes this year, the winners on the following pages are completely deserving of their awards.

We added a few new categories this year, including “Best Assistant” and “Association VIP.” Read more about the winners and find out why the real estate industry voted for these individuals and brokerages.
