Prudential Spengel Realty Joins Forces With Prudential Rubloff

by Chicago Agent

Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, principals of Prudential Rubloff, are pleased to announce that Prudential Spengel Realty of Wheaton, Illinois joined forces with Prudential Rubloff on October 6, 2010.

“Prudential Spengel Realty is a wonderful firm with a strong reputation,” Pierson said. “We welcome Ken Spengel and his sales professionals to Prudential Rubloff. Our goal is to offer our clients even greater service through this expansion.”

“I am thrilled to be associated with Prudential Rubloff,” said Ken Spengel, broker owner of Prudential Spengel Realty. “After carefully considering potential partners, Prudential Rubloff was the clear choice. The exceptional marketing and technology support that Prudential Rubloff offers their clients and agents is impressive. Programs such as Premier Market Watch are particularly powerful and not available through any other firm. When combined with their experienced local ownership, the power of a strong, national brand, and Prudential Rubloff’s leadership in relocation, I felt they were a perfect fit for us,” Spengel concluded.

Spengel will serve as Branch Manager of both the Wheaton Glen Ellyn Regional Agent Center and Hinsdale office of Prudential Rubloff.

Prudential Spengel Realty was a family owned business with 40 sales professionals that specialized in the many distinguished communities in the area. For many years they have enjoyed powerful community recognition based upon their trademark of personalized service to the many families moving in and out of the area.

“I find it personally rewarding for Prudential Rubloff to have a presence in Wheaton,” said Pierson, former owner of market leader Seery & Keim Realtors from 1986 to 1999. “During my tenure the firm, which had offices in Wheaton and Glen Ellyn, helped thousands of people with their residential real estate needs, and I forged life-long friendships there. We plan to continue our expansion into the DuPage County market and become a major market player in these important communities,” Pierson concluded.

This acquisition is a strategic move for Prudential Rubloff principals Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel. It represents the third acquisition the firm has undergone in recent years with Rubloff Residential Properties in 2009 and Village Green Group in 2008.
