There are also sliding doors that lead outside to the deck and backyard.

The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel and energy-efficient appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas cooktop and electric wall oven and InSinkErator garbage disposal. The butler’s pantry features a GE Monogram wine refrigerator, an undermount sink and glass front cabinets. 

Upstairs is the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as three guest bedrooms, one guest bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a side-by-side Bosch Nexxt 500 Plus Series washer and dryer. 

The master bedroom includes a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, two walk-in closets, separately zoned heating and cooling and a balcony that overlooks the yard. The master bathroom features marble floors with mosaic inlay, a double vanity, a Kohler jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

In the lower level are the home’s family room, two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and an extra room. The family room features Mohawk Everstrand recycled carpet and in-ceiling speakers. The bedrooms include the same recycled carpet and custom organized closets. The full bathroom features radiant heated Natural Hues Eco-Body tiled floors and a dual flush toilet.
