The Women’s Council of Realtors sponsored a mortgage summit featuring a panel of experts discussing ways for lenders to close more deals. Moderated by Gail Lissner, the panel covered FHA financing, changes in condominium financing and the $8,000 tax credit. The event, which took place at ParkView Condominiums, also featured free parking and a complimentary continental breakfast. Partial proceeds from the event went to Bear Necessities, a pediatric cancer foundation.
