The United States Coast Guard Training Center located in Cape May is the nation’s only Coast Guard Recruit Training Center. Cape May recruits visitors from all around the world for its designation as the top birding location on the East Coast, its gingerbread Victorian structures and rich history, too. They will be able to occupy any residence available in their category, determined by the number of bedrooms. Friends and family are allowed to reserve more than one residence at the same time, depending on availability, and can invite guests to either join them during their stay or to visit on their own.
Prices at Ocean House are $270,000 for a two-bedroom and $342,000 for a three-bedroom home. Buyers who purchase before the end of this summer will receive up to $9,900 credit at closing as an added incentive.
