Matt Silver, a top real estate agent with Rubloff Residential Properties, has been named Dean of the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) Realtor Institute. The IAR Realtor Institute, which provides educational programs designed to increase the knowledge of real estate professionals statewide, has seen only two Chicago area agents named Dean since its inception in 1916.

As Dean of the IAR, Silver will lead the Board of Governors of the Realtors Institute in planning, executing and overseeing the Graduate Realtor Institute Program in Illinois. Silver will also be responsible for the promotion of the institute to ensure that it meets all certification mandates from the National Association of Reators.

Silver has worked in real estate since 1998 and has earned several professional designations. He is also Quality Service Certified and a member of the National, State and Chicago boards of Realtors.
