Centrum Properties Inc. has named Carrie McCormick as the company’s new national sales manager.

As national sales manager for MCZ/Centrum, McCormick will focus on the sales at the company’s five Florida developments, including Flamingo South Beach in Miami Beach, Parc Central East in Aventura, Mirabella Residences and The Palms Club in Orlando and Serenata in Sarasota Florida.

In her new role, McCormick will be conducting a “road show” of the Florida properties to generate sales from across the United States, Canada and Europe. In addition to sales, McCormick will also be promoting the MCZ/Centrum broker/agent loyalty program, the Affinity Reward Program and Affinity Property Services, the leasing division of MCZ/Centrum Development.

McCormick has been a sales manager with Centrum Properties for over four years, selling and managing Centrum’s Chicago developments such as No. Ten Lofts, Park Millennium, Montgomery, Bradley Place, Roosevelt Collection and Lakeview Collection. McCormick has worked for other Chicago developers and brokerages and brings over 12 years of sales and marketing experience to this position.
