Local entrepreneur, Steven Gramarossa has acquired two RE/MAX franchise offices in Kane County: RE/MAX Professionals West of Elgin and the RE/MAX office in Elburn. The office in Elburn has been renamed RE/MAX Specialists.

Gramarossa is already part-owner of five other RE/MAX offices in the Chicago area: RE/MAX Vision, Elmwood Park; RE/MAX Vision II in the River North area of downtown Chicago and RE/MAX 1st Class Realty, Skokie.

The Elburn office, which currently has nine agents, and the Elgin office, with 21 agents, will expand significantly in the next year or two, according to Gramarossa.

While Gramarossa will play a central role in shaping policies for both offices, day-to-day management will be in the hands of managing brokers Bruce Wascher in Elgin, and Al Novy in Elburn.
