Kennedy Homes has presented their annual awards for new home sales by Realtors in 2006. Rosa Arredondo, a RE/MAX Realtor from Roselle, for the second year in a row has earned the honor of being named Kennedy Homes Realtor of the Year for having the most Kennedy Homes sales. In addition, Lomitas Real Estate in Aurora was named Kennedy Homes Realtor Office of the Year; Frank Tripodi of Prudential Real Estate of Bourbonnais was recognized as Kennedy Homes Rookie Realtor of the South; and Sergio Berrios of Century 21 Golden Partners was selected as Kennedy Homes Rookie Realtor of the North.

During 2006, Kennedy Homes sold 400 new single-family homes, approximately 34 percent of which were sold by partnering with local Realtors. Commissions earned by these Realtors exceeded $1.9 million.
