Doug Ayers, president of Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate, has named Nancy Nagy as senior VP and branch executive of the Gold Coast office. Most recently, Nagy was a regional VP for a leading real estate firm where she was responsible for 16 sales offices and 1,000 sales associates.

Ayers also announced an expanded role for Michael Mazzei, VP and branch executive of the firm’s 750 N. Orleans office. Mazzei will work in conjunction with Nagy, forming a joint management team for the Gold Coast and Orleans offices.
