Century 21 Sussex & Reilly promoted Sandesh Bilgi to director of training and recruitment. Bilgi will attract new professionals to Chicago’s north side neighborhoods plus the West Loop, South Loop and downtown. He will also teach home buying and home selling skills on new agents as a field trainer, recruit new and experienced agents to the company and manage their newly developed real estate pre-licensing school.
Before real estate, Bilgi was assistant director of DePaul University’s Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, where he managed a retention program, facilitated student leadership programs, and recruited and trained student employees.
