Time is running out for single-family homebuyers who want to take advantage of pre-construction pricing at Oak Ridge, the U.S. Shelter community on the east side of Elgin.

“The location of Oak Ridge on Lake Street, two miles west of Route 59, has been a major selling point with many buyers who desire greater convenience than is provided in communities on the west side of Elgin,” says Jack Sorenson, president of U.S. Shelter.
