Terrapin Properties LLC has hired two new VPs to its Chicago-based operation. Rob Eshoo has been named VP of construction, while Britta Rivera has been appointed VP of sales.
Eshoo steps in as VP of construction after 10 years at MCL Companies. As head of construction, Eshoo’s duties will focus on site selection, land acquisition of future developments, project coordination and construction follow-through.
As VP of sales, Rivera will manage all day-to-day operations, which will include overseeing all sales staff, coordinating property openings and implementing the firm’s marketing and promotional material.
