Brad Taylor and Chevette Birgans Join Prudential at the Lakeview and Gold Coast Offices

In December 2005, Prudential Preferred Properties gained two new Sales Associates in their Lakeview and Gold Coast/Lincoln Park offices: Brad Taylor joined the Lakeview office and Chevette Birgans joined the Gold Coast office/Lincoln Park.

Chevette Birgans is a native-born Chicagoan, an experienced Realtor with a strong financial background. After working as a credit analyst for a large investment firm, she moved onto real estate, where she has been working for the past two years. Birgans combines her industry knowledge with an intimate understanding of the local economy and identifies viable real estate opportunities for her clients.

Brad Taylor, also a native Chicagoan, is new to the real estate business. Before joining Prudential, Taylor earned business degrees from the University of Maryland and George Washington University School of Business. Taylor’s extensive business analysis background, combined with his personable approach in offering client-centric real estate services, makes him an excellent client advocate.
