Ricker-Murphy Development LLC, developer of Lincoln Park 2550, announced today that Tere Proctor has been named president of Arc Residential, a newly formed sales organization, and the exclusive broker for Lincoln Park 2550.
“This is an exciting next phase in the evolution of Lincoln Park 2550’s delivery to the market,” said John T. Murphy, co-principal with Peter E. Ricker of Ricker-Murphy Development. “With residents moving into their new homes and our sales office open within the property, it’s time for Tere to lead Arc Residential the continued sales efforts for those magnificent luxury homes.”

Proctor specializes in working with developers, predominately new construction at high-end pricing, and she is well-known for her role as director of sales at Chicago’s Trump International Hotel & Tower. She has sold for other developments, including: 132 E. Delaware, the Bloomingdale building; 161 E. Chicago, the Neiman Marcus building; 25 E. Superior, the Fordham building; 65 E. Goethe; and The Heritage at Millennium Park
Lincoln Park 2550, located at 2550 Lakeview Ave, features 218 condominium homes with unobstructed views of Lincoln Park, North Pond, Lake Michigan and the city skyline. According to Gail Lissner, vice president of Chicago-based Appraisal Research Counselors, “it is the first residential high rise to be built on this block of Lakeview Avenue in more than 35 years.”
