Gary Jacklin of RE/MAX Action in Lisle, IL, recently received the Technology Award from Northern Illinois real estate network.
The award goes to the RE/MAX Northern Illinois brokerage that uses technology most efficiently to maximize both agent and office productivity. RE/MAX Action was honored for having the most Web presence out of more than 100 offices in the network.
Jacklin and his office have realized the importance of technology to today’s real estate market, and have embraced the use of technology into their mission statement.
Last year, RE/MAX Action ranked first in the Northern Illinois region for unique website visitors and leads captured. The office has also been paperless since September 2010, and it provides ongoing technology training for all of its agents.
One of the new technologies that Jacklin and his office have embraced is CirclePix virtual tour technology adopted by the regional RE/MAX network. CirclePix allows home-buyers to take virtual tours whenever they have internet access. This gives them a chance to see key interior areas of each property. Since Jacklin believes so strongly in the value of the innovation, he has provided his agents with their own CirclePix accounts free of charge.
Jacklin is also featured in Chicago Agent’s Who’s Who issue.
