ULI Chicago is hosting its annual real estate trends and forecast meeting on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 7:45 to 10:00 a.m. at the Union Leagues Club of Chicago. The event features insights from leading experts both nationally and locally on Thursday. Additionally, the event will feature a presentation on the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2015 report – published by PricewaterhouseCoopers and ULI for over 35 years now – as well as a session on the outlook for Chicago area real estate, including a panel of leading real estate experts.

Dean Schwanke, Senior Vice President, Case Studies and Publications, the Urban Land Institute will be the guest speaker for the event. Local panelist TBA.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 4. On Thursday, November 6, Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago will host its 26th annual Real Estate Forum. Chicago residential and commercial real estate markets will be explored from all angles. The forum will be held at Germania Place, located at 108 W. Germania Pl. from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Dinner and an open bar will be provided.

Roosevelt University 13th Annual Real Estate Gala

On Thursday, Nov. 13, Roosevelt University will host its 13th Annual Real Estate Gala, located at the Four Seasons Hotel. President of Structured Development, LLC., J. Michael Drew, will be honored at the event with the Lifetime Industry Leadership Award. Howard A. Tullman, CEO of 1871 is the keynote speaker for this event.

Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner to follow at 6:45 p.m. Individual registration for the event is $50o and additional table guests will cost $500 each. All proceeds benefit the student and industry education programs of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate.

If you would like to honor Drew’s distinguished career as well as show support for the programs of the Institute, you have the opportunity to purchase a full, half or quarter-sized page in the Gala Program Honorarium. The ads also offer an opportunity to showcase unique messages and firm brands to a distinguished industry audience. The price for each ad can be found here.

Colleagues, friends, family members and associates are also invited to donate to The Drew Family Memorial Fund for Real Estate Studies, a fund established by J. Michael Drew and family. The purpose of the fund is to support faculty and student participation in professional, educational and research activities of the industry, particularly the retail and mixed use sectors.
